Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8) are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order for shipment after payment has been successfully confirmed. During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders. After processing, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable third-party carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. The specific carrier used may vary depending on destination and shipment requirements.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery Area: Shipping availability may vary by location. Any restrictions or additional charges will be shown at checkout.
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Delivery Delays: Unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions may cause delivery delays.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is submitted before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item. We will assist you in accordance with our return and refund policy.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If a shipment is confirmed lost and the shipping address provided was correct, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
