Return & Refund Policy

We believe outdoor furniture should be as dependable as it is beautiful. That’s why Nookedge offers a 30-day return policy—so you can shop with confidence, knowing we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return or refund, where applicable. The details of our return policy are outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is new, unused, and undamaged
  • Is returned in its original packaging

Please note that sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you.
  • Incorrect items received: If you received the wrong item, notify us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or replacement.
  • Change-of-mind returns: If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, returns may be accepted as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To start a return, please email support@nookedge.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We aim to respond within 24 hours during business hours.

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
  3. Arrange shipment as instructed, either through a scheduled pickup or by dropping off the package at the designated location.

Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 10–12 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If a refund cannot be issued back to the original payment method, an alternative refund method may be arranged. We do not issue refunds through Cash App, Venmo, Payoneer, or similar platforms.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately. All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exceptions

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Deliveries to Incorrect Addresses

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order is delivered accordingly, Nookedge is not responsible for any resulting loss.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for returns. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
