Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible destinations based on order location and product availability. Shipping availability, estimated delivery time, and any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking status hasn’t updated or you believe there may be an issue, please contact our support team at
support@nookedge.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our order tracking page.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
Can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Which shipping carriers do you use?

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns in accordance with our 30-day return policy. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10–12 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
How do I start a return?
